Heavenly wins Property Marketing Award

Heavenly's brand for Fitzroy Place was declared the ‘Best of the Best’ and the outstanding entrant at last night’s Property Marketing Awards. The Fitzroy Place team were proud to pick up the Victor Ludorum Award at the 21st anniversary of the prestigious industry awards during a ceremony at BAFTA, hosted by former ITV newscaster Andrea Catherwood.
Roger Southam, Master of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors and Chair of the 2013 judging panel said: “There can only be one Victor Ludorum, best in show if you will. “We concluded that one winner had managed to take a unique perspective in their campaign, combined with some magnificent photography."
Heavenly’s winning campaign for Fitzroy Place in Best Overall Marketing Campaign – Residential, UK & International for Exemplar, was admired by the judges for being the most stand out marketing campaign, which brought together culture, fashion and heritage.
Heavenly were briefed by Exemplar to name, brand and launch one of the largest and most significant developments in London W1. The development, on the site of the former Middlesex Hospital on Mortimer Street,is due for completion in Autumn 2014 and will include 235 private residences.Heavenly assumed the role of an out-of-house marketing team for Exemplar. As such, they were responsible for delivering every element of the campaign, from marketing planning & strategy, through to brand collateral, brand partnerships, advertising, exhibitions and PR.

The Property Marketing Awards are organised by the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors and Estates Gazette and were conceived to celebrate excellence, innovation and creativity in marketing within the property industry.
Fitzroy Place is a mixed use development by Exemplar, in partnership with Aviva Investors comprising over 230 private apartments ranging from generously appointed suites, one, two and three bedroom apartments, to stylish duplexes and a number of prestigious penthouses. The development, centred around the first new square in London W1 for over 100 years, will also be home to enticing stores, a restaurant and high quality office space.
