Hot off the press for 2013 is She Moves, a new brand developed by Heavenly to encourage women to get fit and stay healthy beyond the obligatory New Year’s resolution.
Working with the UK’s leading charity for women’s sport, the Women’s Sport & Fitness Foundation, She Moves launched on 1st January on BBC Breakfast News and is quickly gathering momentum.
Fronted by Avril, a mum of two from South London, the campaign aims to help women make room for exercise in their busy lives and meet like-minded people who have so many demands on their time.
